We can create pawtraits for almost any pet, including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, and more. If you have a unique pet, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Every pawtrait is individually created and professionally refined by our design team to ensure your pet’s personality, markings, and features are accurately captured. No two pawtraits are ever identical.

We print the pawtraits using a 7 colour pigmented ink system which projects incredibly vibrant colours which has an extremely high resistance to light and a strong scratch resistance.

We print onto the finest bright white 260gsm lustre paper which has an instant dry coating that is water and smudge resistant. It has a polyethylene back layer to prevent cockling which is really important when framing a print.

Should you choose the framed option, we offer a high quality aluminium black frame with a profile which is approximately 9mm wide by 21mm deep. It comes supplied with acrylic safety glazing which is very difficult to break and just as clear as glass. It can be hung horizontally or landscape.

We use AI as part of a modern, efficient creative process. It allows us to generate the initial artwork framework quickly and cost-effectively.

AI is a tool, just like a camera, a graphics tablet, or Photoshop.  

Just like photographers use cameras and designers use Photoshop. It’s a tool, not a shortcut.  We use it to help build the foundation of each pawtrait, but that’s only the beginning of the process.

We use AI to generate an artistic base, but every pawtrait is refined, adjusted, colour-corrected, and quality-checked using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Commissioning a fully hand-painted portrait from a traditional artist can cost hundreds (sometimes thousands) of pounds and could take weeks or months.

Our approach allows us to offer personalised pet pawtraits at a more accessible price point, without long waiting times.

With the amount of orders we receive daily, it would be impossible to produce the high level of artwork in a timely and cost effective manner without using AI.

Think of AI as our digital paintbrush, the artistry is still in how it’s used.

Yes. We can combine multiple pets into a single pawtrait, even if they are in separate photos.

Yes, absolutely. We want you to love your pawtrait. We will email you a proof of your pawtrait and offer revision opportunities during the design process to make reasonable adjustments where needed.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of ordering free of charge. After this time we have more than likely started work on your pets' pawtrait. After this point if you still wish to cancel there will be a £10 cancellation fee per pet.

As all pawtraits are personalised custom products, refunds are generally not available once artwork creation has begun. However, if there is a fault or issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
